It was founded in 2009 by IIT Kanpur graduates Ambarish Gupta and Pallav Pandey.Sequioa Capital : Sequoia Capital is a venture capital firm specializing in incubation, seed stage, start-up stage, early stage, and growth stage investments in private companies. Sequioa has partnered with many notable companies like Just Dial, Idea Cellular, Fasoos, Micromax, Ola, Quick Heal, Prataap Snacks, Wildcraft, SKS microfinance, Suburban Diagnostics, VIA, Capillary Technologies etc. in India. Merisis Advisors advised Knowlarity on its Series-B fund raise for $ 6.5 Mn from Sequioa Capital in January 2012.
